REFLECTION FOR WEEK 4

On the fourth week of this course, the Prezi presentation begins. I observed the presentation of my friends. All of my friends presented enthusiastically. They were all so high spirited when they presented about their topic. Some of them were even cracking some jokes which are interesting and fun. Every presenter did their best in presenting their topic. They were even asking the audiences to ask them anything the audience wishes to know further. They answered every question that the audience aims to them. I personally feel satisfied and I enjoyed the presentation of my friends. Personally, based on my opinion, I feel particularly interested to listen to the presentation about ufo’s  and also about the Fifa world cup which is being organized by Brazil. The presenter pointed out the flaws of the organizer of this big event. The presenter of this topic used an accurate tone to present his topic. I feel interested and refreshed listening to his topic as he actually highlighted the current issues with relevant details. 

    While I was listening to several of my friend’s presentation, I realized the importance of presenting a topic with creativity and assurance. This is because when we present a topic, we have to have authority over the topic that we are presenting as people will not trust and listen to people who does not even be brave to present his own ideas. On the other hand, creativity is an important factor to attract the audience’s attention. We have to present our topic in a way people never think of as this will definitely pique the audience’s attention towards our topic. Thus, people will begin to focus even more than what they had done before.

    In addition, I went through my slide again to ensure that there is no mistakes found in my Prezi as I did not want to provide my audiences with wrong information. I checked the spellings to prevent misspelling from occurring as it might affect the smoothness of the information found in my presentation. In order to ensure the preciseness and clarity of the data in my presentation, I double checked it. 

   I felt a sense of fear began clouding in myself as I imagined myself in the front of the class presenting my topic. But, I began overpowering my sense of fear by thinking and deciding that I have to do my best in this presentation as I want to present without any flaws. I realized that I need to establish my braveness and also authority over my topic in order to present my topic successfully. Therefore, I practiced till I am confident to present my topic in front of the class without any sense of fear.
