I am a girl who likes to watch horror movies and I simply love anything related to Greek such as the movies and histories related to it. Therefore, it goes without saying that I LOVE PERCY JACKSON AND THE LIGHTING THIEF!!! I love my mom so much and she means everything to me. She is the queen of my heart. I want to be a lecturer in the future and contribute my knowledge to my future students. Have fun reading my blog and feel free to leave any comments.

REFLECTION FOR WEEK 14

On the fourteenth week which is also the last week of our class, I watched the presentation of the other groups. There were several presentations and all of these presentations really piqued my interest. This is because all of these groups have different ways of presenting their videos and they had done it creatively. The first video which was being presented was about a boy who just lost his father and changed into a boy with a bad character. His mother was always worried about him but he ignored his mother and always created problems. One day, a student who is called Ayie was studying but the boy and his friend bullied him which made Ayie got hurt. Then, when the teacher scolded them for hurting the boy, they got angry and plotted revenge against the teacher. Unfortunately, they wrongly killed Ayie’s mother in the process. Then, the plot twists to the part when both the boys wanted to change and Ayie helped them to study but eventually they realized that Ayie had been plotting revenge against them. I was thrilled to watch this video as the ending was very unexpected and unpredictable. This video shows that what goes around comes around. The obstacles which this group faced when they made this video were they did not have enough actors. Therefore, a person had to act two characters to cover for the shortage of actors. I liked their plan to make up for the shortage of actors. In the end, they were able to make a good and interesting video.

The second video was done in an animation form. This story was about animals. It was different from the other presentations as it was about animals. Most of the other videos were about peoples and not about animals. Hence, I felt that this presentation was unique because it was about animals and their interaction among themselves. It was fun watching the animals in the animation talking. The obstacles which this group faced were that they had troubles in finding the apps that uses animals which has many different reactions. Even though it was hard, they still managed to do a wonderful video.

In addition, I was able to watch a perfectly done video. The last presentation was the video which I had liked the most. I really liked this video as it was really wonderfully made. It had combined every aspect and elements together. This story was about two fathers who used to be friends ended up turning their back to each other. This eventually leads them to create and find fault in each other. For instance, they fought for a pack of nasi lemak. They ignored their daughters who tried to stop them from making a ruckus. They also fought and raced their cars as both of them did not want to give up. They even went to the extent of stopping their daughters from talking to each other. Their good daughters who wanted them to be friends again attempted to make them be on good terms with each other again. Their daughters wrote letters to each of them and acted as if it was the other party who is the one who is writing the letter. In the end, they both got together and everything went back to normal. This presentation was very fun and everyone was paying their full attention watching this video. The obstacles which the group members faced were they had a little trouble in finding apps. Besides that, they had to borrow one of the member’s relative’s house and this caused them to finish recording the video in a limited time.
As the class was coming to an end, our lecturer wished us for our finals and advised us to study hard. Although I felt sad as the end of this class means we will not be meeting our lecturer, I was happy to have been taught by my lecturer. After the class ended, I took pictures with my lecturer as a memory. Deep in my heart, I kept thinking that one day, in the future, I too want to be like my lecturer and contribute to the society.
